Am E Em In the tower of the dark lord / There's no one there to cook Am E Em But food is found in crevices / If you know just where to look G C E Am Spiders and some centipedes / And maggoty old bread Am G Em Am Are staples for the orcish hordes / When they have not been fed And then a hobbit served up / And wrapped in web so white The orcs within the room all cheered / And roared out with delight "Meat's back on the menu, boys! / Their captain heard to shout My question is do orcs all know / What menus are about? C D At what cafe in Mordor / Where chefs can ply their trade C D I hear you can't just walk in / Reservations must be made G D Is the dining casual? / I'd like to know the venue C D G Where orcs go out for fancy food / And meat's back on the menu Are there vegan options / Where meat is never grilled But only grains and free-range sprouts / The cook is very skilled And almond milk is offered / In their latte vente mug But no meat on the menu / Perhaps a tasty bug? Would there be a restaurant chain / Like Denny's, only coarse Where cooks would fry up Oliphaunts / Served with a side of horse Logistics are an army's need / And food must be prepared When meat's back on the menu / The weakest orcs are scared C D At what cafe in Mordor / Where chefs can ply their trade C D I hear you can't just walk in / Reservations must be made G D Is the dining casual? / I'd like to know the venue C D G Where orcs go out for fancy food / And meat's back on the menu What are the gastronomical / Inclinations of an orc? Does he prefer Beef Wellington / Or dishes made with pork? Of all the menu choices / When once again there's meat To have a little hobbit / Must be a special treat C D At what cafe in Mordor / Where chefs can ply their trade C D I hear you can't just walk in / Reservations must be made G D Is the dining casual? / I'd like to know the venue C D G Where orcs go out for fancy food / And meat's back on the menu
