Words and music by Joe Ficklin
CFGC
The dozers came on in and they tore the buildings down
FGC
Hauled away the rubble and debris

It crosses several time zones and it's stocked from wall-to-wall
GC
And it's big enough to see from up in space
CFGC
Father took us shopping so we loaded up the car
FGC
Found a spot then took the shuttle to the door

Mother said "let's stick together, don't go very far"
FGC
Of course you'd know we'd scatter once we hit the floor
FC
Cousin Albert went for anime and Hello Kitty T-shirts
FG
Aunt Matilda needed shotgun shells for cooking
CFGC
Brother Bobby found a doorway leading to a strange dimension
FGC
Stepping through it when nobody else was looking
REFRAIN
CFGC

Try the alligator pie, here, have a taste
FC
I thought to reach the very end upon the mass conveyor
FG
An hour later still not at the end
CFGC
Finally reached a broken room manned by a surveyor
FGC
And he told me they were thinking about putting in a bend
REFRAIN
CFGC
Giving up the fruitless quest of finding termination
FGC
I found a path and made my way to where we all had entered
FGC
It took a week of grit and luck and sheer determination
FGC
I found the food court with the tent where everyone was centered
FC
Except for Brother Bobby, replaced now by a clone
FG
Until the real Bob could be found by their survival team
CFGC
Use the buddy system and don't venture off alone
FGC
Shopping at the Big Box is like entering a dream
